Unofficial Weigh In

OKay so the whole working out and losing weight thing has come to a slow start.. but that's okay because I am going to stay motivated. I am going to also post my measurements so I can keep track of my progress better.

Weight: 135 lb

Arms: 10 ''
Bust: 38''
Waist: 33''
Hips: 38.5''
Thigh: 20''

Well that's it folks... I will be checking in every 10th workout, so about every week and a half and tracking my progres!! I hope this can also motivate others to get into shape as well. Keep motivtaed!!

Trip to Hungary Counter

So it looks like I will be off to Hungary for the months of May and June. I will be working in Budapest for the Budapest Polytechnic Institute. I will be working for the department of Manufacturing and Material Science with a focus on injection moulding.

Back on the scale...

Okay so I decided to get myself back into gear and lose some of that excess weight. I jumped onto a scale and its always such a depression event. I don't know what I thought I would expect... I know I have been eating porrly and not working out at all, I guess I was hoping for a miracle. One can hope can't they? :)

Well here it is...

Weight: 135 lb

I hope to loose about 15 pounds which will bring me down to 120 lb which is reasonable for my height (5'4'') So i will try my best to log my progress here. I am currently downloading a copy of Yourself Fitness!, I had a copy but have misplaced the second CD. So in the next few days I will have that all set up and I will start recording my measurments and what not. Wish me luck!!!
